Do you ever get into a phase where you just can’t keep up with your own schedule and your need to balance it all? I felt like this when I was working part time, and now that I’m back working full time, it’s so much worse. Oh yeah! I got a job. If you’re a part of the company, you already knew that, but if not, I got a job at a giant tech company here in Austin! Whoop whoop!
That being said, adjusting to a new schedule (I work the 2nd shift during my training and then I’ll switch to the first shift at the end of July). So I’m adjusting to being up late, now knowing that I’ll have to do a quick turn around to start waking up early.
I’m grateful for the job, but that’s a little brutal. Either way, life is about taking the good parts with the bad, and learning to love both. That being said, when I got the job, I knew it was time to make a change. I miss writing about a variety of topics – like writing advice and career tips. So, I’m slowly going to be adding those back into the fold here on Ginger & Co. More content, better content, and hopefully more options for you to enjoy Ginger & Co.
In July, I’m also moving, so with the new apartment and the new job (along with the new quarter) it feels like a new start. A good start, and despite my sleep deprived ways, I’m excited. Super excited for what the future holds. For the first time in 2017, I’m feeling optimistic.
So let’s take a look at Q2 first.

Up until June, I feel like I was really on top of all these things, y’all. Then in June, before I got my job, I thought I was going to be moving back in with my parents and I got kind of depressed. And now I’m just exhausted, but either way, we must go on.
Quarter 3 Goals
Laura Teagan Books
-Figure out what this story is doing. I realized I’ve written Justice & Lies three separate times and it’s kind of been a mess every time. So I gotta figure out this mess.
-Plan for NanoWriMo! My original goal was to do a stand-alone book, but now I might do something in my book series.
Laura Teagan Other Stuff

-Begin dabbling in Facebook ads
-social media schedule

-Figure out when I’m going to the gym with my new schedule
